       Fort V to jeden z wielu fortyfikacji artyleryjskich Twierdzy Przemyśl. Zbudowany w latach 1882-1886, ten jednowałowy fort charakteryzuje się konstrukcją betonowo-murowano-ziemną. Po II oblężeniu Twierdzy w 1915 roku, został częściowo zniszczony, a następnie został częściowo rozebrany w latach 1920-1930. Zlokalizowany obok miejscowości Grochowce, stanowi istotny element historii militarnej regionu.
